About
I'm a WSET Certified Wine & Spirits Educator and wine curator based in London, Ontario. Through DiFruscia Wine Collective I offer private tastings, curated wine experiences, and wine education — and I represent a select portfolio of wine importers to restaurants and private clients in the London area.
I hold the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines and WSET Level 2 Award in Spirits, and I bring over 25 years of hospitality experience — including 15 years managing my family's restaurant, Bertoldi's Trattoria.
I lead wine education events throughout the community, including at Jill's Table and The London Club. Always happy to connect with fellow wine lovers, hospitality professionals, or anyone curious about wine.
